The Gatekeeper task opens sewer gates through a sequence of pizza, three keys, and return conversations; follow the second-key guide before assuming an entrance is broken.

The long-term task guide we reviewed separately says Deep Catacombs access later requires Professor Dayton's Climbing Rope and defeating Sophia during Meet Sophia. That is a later descent and should not be confused with first entering the Catacombs.

- Do not follow a Deep Catacombs instruction when the goal is the first Catacombs entrance.
Not confirmed yet: a current v1.0.0 walkthrough or reproduced save that identifies the exact first entrance, starting landmark, gate opened by each key, journal prerequisite, and correct step-by-step route. This page does not name a precise doorway or map path because no v1.0.0 source confirms one.
